She holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics and has spent the last three years working directly with farmers, growing a social media network of 150,000 followers to promote sustainable food systems. As the founder of Red Hen, Lauren is dedicated to solving the biggest challenge small farmers face—connecting with customers—by leveraging technology to make direct farm sales more profitable and accessible. With a deep passion for food sovereignty and a track record of building successful initiatives, she brings a strategic vision and hands-on expertise to scaling Red Hen into the go-to marketplace for local food.
