Lila Holdal

Lila originally comes from Sanskrit and means play, my heart burns for everyone to be able to live a life and have everyday life full of play, passion and lust for life. Get fired up about life and awaken the woman who lives in you.

 

So who am I? My birth name is Line Karina Holdal, but my friends and my tribe call me Lila. I am a northerner who in 2022 chose to move to Oslo to spread my wings and expand my field.

 

I am a trained nutritional therapist, export/marketing manager, yoga and tantra teacher. Since 2017 I have specialized in women, hormones, the feminine cycle, the nervous system and energy work.

 

Today I work as an energy and pleasure coach/mentor ♕ and show the way for how to awaken your sensual energy and power on all levels so that you can implement it within yourself so that you can learn to live and lead through passion, desire and play. I help you out of your head, into your body, into your senses and back to your feminine power and full flowering in a higher consciousness. Everything is energy, everything can be transformed, gray stone can turn into gold.
