Lori Triolo

Lori Triolo is an award-winning actor, director, and master teacher with over 30 years of experience across stage and screen. Trained directly by Sanford Meisner and one of the rare few granted permission to teach his technique, she’s also a certified Fitzmaurice Voicework® instructor, known for her transformative approach to voice, breath, and embodied presence.

Her method, The Art of Awareness, bridges performance and personal evolution—guiding actors, creatives, scientists, and CEOs into deeper connection with themselves and others. Whether on stage or in private intensives, Lori brings fierce integrity, radical presence, and soul.

She’s performed in acclaimed productions like Reborning, Bug, and The Motherfucker with the Hat, and appeared in series like Riverdale, Fringe, and Blackstone, working alongside legends like Katharine Hepburn and John Hurt. Most recently, she was invited by John Patrick Shanley to workshop his latest play at The Actors Studio—realizing a lifelong artistic dream.
