Natalia Pena

Meet Natalia, a multifaceted professional with a rich and diverse background that blends creativity, compassion, and organizational expertise. Born in Colombia and a proud Canadian for over half her life, Natalia is a published illustrator, ADHD life coach, and the Network Operations Coordinator at City Leaders Collective. Her unique perspective comes from a wide range of experiences in arts and culture, children’s ministries, neurodiversity advocacy, and more.

As an ADHD life coach, Natalia’s mission is to empower and inspire individuals to lead authentic, fulfilling lives aligned with their core values. With her solution-focused approach, she collaborates with clients to identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and build actionable plans to achieve personal growth and transformation.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and conversational in Italian and Portuguese, Natalia is also a super-recognizer, with a remarkable ability to remember faces forever—further reflecting her keen observation skills.

When she’s not coaching, Natalia loves freelancing as an illustrator, baking bread, and writing fantasy stories. She’s married and a proud mother of three, finding balance in both her personal and professional life.
