Nia Nicole Abdallah (born January 24, 1984) is a trailblazing 2004 Olympic silver medalist and the first U.S. woman to earn a medal in Taekwondo at the sport’s official debut in the 2000 Olympic Games. Raised in Houston, Texas, Nia discovered early on that she was destined for greatness—a belief that has guided her through every chapter of her life. From the fierce discipline of elite competition to the transformative journey of motherhood and entrepreneurship, Nia’s path has been defined by resilience, vision, and heart.
